Rajinikanth’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’: Making of the film

The making of Rajinikanth’s ambitious film Kochadaiyaan, directed by his younger daughter Soundarya R Ashwin, was unveiled at a press conference in London. AR Rahman, music composer of the film, was also present. Kochadaiyaan has been shot in Pinewood Studios in the UK. It incorporates motion capture and photoreleastic technology, used by Hollywood films such as Avatar and Tin Tin. The Superstar said at the conference, “Kochadaiyaan is a fantasy film. It will attract audiences of all ages, including children. Kochadaiyaan, starring Rajinikanth, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Jackie Shroff, Rukmini, R Sarathkumar and Nassar among others, is produced by the UK company Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited.
