Rajinikanth will be next seen in the rural drama ‘Annaatthe‘, which is directed by Siruthai Siva. The shooting of the film is currently taking place in Hyderabad and the director is calmly building a strong film. Now, the latest report is that Rajinikanth will be more on the humorous side in ‘Annaatthe’. The stylish actor, who is seen doing more action and mass sequences in recent times, will reportedly be seen doing light hearted comedy in ‘Annaatthe’. Rajinikanth’s character in the film will be a treat to the fans who wish to see the playful side of the superstar.
On the other side, ‘Annaatthe’ is also packed with action and emotion sequences, and it’s going to be a pakka family entertainer from Rajinikanth for this Diwali. Superstar Rajinikanth is reportedly playing the role of a village president, and the film also has several leading stars like Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj, Khushbu, Meena, Soori, Sathish, and many others.
‘Annaatthe’ is bankrolled by Sun Pictures, and it marks the producer’s third film with Rajinikanth. D Imman is scoring the music for Rajinikanth for the first time, and late singer SP Balasubrahmanyam had sung the introduction song of the film.
